  • Step 1. Phone Consultation with our Head of Interior Design

    Share your vision with our interior designer in a one-on-one consultation. In this informal chat, you can discuss your project in detail, giving our designer an insight into what you’re looking for, how you use your space, and what you like and dislike about it. Whether you’re starting with a blank slate, a wealth of inspiration, or a few ideas, this consultation will provide some clarity. This is a great opportunity for you to share your own inspiration from your favourite art to magazine clippings, pinboards, or Instagram. A site visit is booked at the end of the consultation.

  • Step 2. Site Visit

    Here, your room’s measurements and details will be taken in preparation for your 3D design to be created. The interior designer will bring along fabric books, rugs & wallpaper samples, and other suggestions. Together you will look at them in your own space and light. During this site visit, the Interior Designer will also advise on curtains & blinds, accessories, wall paint & flooring (if required).

  • Step 3. Design Presentation

    You will receive an email inviting you to come into one of our showrooms to see our interior designer’s 3D proposal model and moodboard. Using a 3D modelling tool, your space will be generated on the screen, featuring everything from your walls, windows, and flooring to the furniture our designer envisions in your space. This is a collaborative process and it’s important that you see yourself in your home, so we will work with you to make any final adjustments.

  • Step 4 Behind the Scenes

    Once you’ve made your decision to go ahead with our designs, the cogs will kick into action behind the scenes. Once you place your order, your designs and moodboards will be released, and our factory in London will become familiar with the project. Our sofas and fabric beds are handmade to order, so production and preparation will commence.

  • Step 5. Your Room is Complete

    The Raft delivery van will arrive at your house, along with all of your furniture. As per the 3D images, everything will be unwrapped, assembled, and installed. The designer will style your space to ensure that once our van has pulled away, your home is exuding the unique comfort and style you expect from Raft.

Raft's Return Policy

  • For online orders, if for any reason you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The cost of restocking a returned item is 10% of its value, which will be deducted from your refund.
